Right Development Foundation (RDF) is one of the biggest providers for basketball in Barking and Dagenham.
RDF started delivering half term activities and sessions in local schools in the borough in 2016 with the support of Barking and Dagenham council and SportInspired.
The Foundation runs sessions and programmes for girls and boys aged 7 and over.
It also offers the popular School’s Out Get Active sessions which give local children and young people the opportunity to experience fun and organised basketball, while also learning the fundamentals of basketball including, how to dribble, shoot, pass and defend.
Children and young people should try out RDF basketball sessions because it’s a great way to learn new skills and make new friends in a friendly positive environment.
